About this initiative
BC Transit, which provides regional public transport across British Columbia,enacted the following measures to enhance health safety in their buses: enhanced cleaning of all facilities, communication to staff and customers about physical distancing procedures, rear door loading, not collecting fares, limiting passenger capacity, enhancing the red line for passengers to stand behind and creating a vinyl panel on light duty busses.
