The City of Sacramento currently offers free parking at all meters in the Central City and Old Sacramento after 4:30 p.m. weekdays and free all day weekends; also offering a temporary $6 Early Bird flat rate in all city garages for customers who park before 10 a.m. and leave after 4 pm.
