About this initiative
To reduce the number of passengers on bus trips, the municipality of Belo Horizonte limited the amount of standing passengers with a maximum of 20 for the articulated bus, 10 for the conventional bus, and 5 for the minibus. Vehicles must be signposted with the locations for standing passengers.
