Mississauga installs temporary bicycle lane

Mississauga's City Council started talking about the possibility of temporarily converting live lanes (or at least part of live lanes) of traffic into bicycle lanes. The first of these proposed temporary bicycle lanes has now been installed on King St. in Cooksville and is being used by local cyclists. These interim bicycle lanes help to promote safe active transportation during COVID-19 and make physical distancing safer and easier.
