Moscow opened select locations of its bicycle sharing system one week earlier than scheduled to provide additional means of transport for volunteers and couriers. Volunteers and couriers can apply through volunteer organizations or their employer to use Moscow’s bicycle sharing system for free, with limitations to ensure as many people as possible can access the network.
