Mexico's 4S Mobility Plan (Solidarity, Sustainable, Safe, and Healthy Mobility), aims to inspire and guide transport-related initiatives to respond to social issues during and after the pandemic as well as reactivate the economy in a healthy, safe, sustainable, and caring way. The document is an unprecedented joint effort by four ministries, the World Health Organization, and more than a hundred organizations, consultancies, and citizens' collectives and is geared mainly towards local and regional authorities.
