The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), will offer complimentary rides to help local healthcare professionals during the community’s collective response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Any healthcare professional employed at a hospital, doctor’s office, medical facility, or medical laboratory can receive complimentary rides with a valid photo employee I.D.
