The city of Granada implements a ‘safety zone’ around bus drivers

Transportes Rober, Granada’s bus operator, implemented a ‘safety zone’ around its drivers for when there is no safety screen. Bus passengers are only permitted into the area around the drivers to provide bus fare. The first row of seats behind the driver must remain unoccupied at all times. The safety zone is meant to keep bus drivers safe from being infected by COVID-19.
